Cutting in halves with parallel automatic destoning of fruits
Control for remaining stones  CCP3
Peaches wihtout stones
Peaches with stones
 
Repeater
 
Re-check for remaining stones
Peeling with solution of NaOH (85-95 C, 1, 5-3, 5 Baume)  CCP3
Washing
Automatic electronic control for remaining peach stones and green or blemished fruits with their pararel rejection to the standard lines
Forwarding of approved peaches to the choise lines
Forwarding of rejected fruits to G.STD and STD lines
