Recipes with peach slices Peach Tart
Ingredients: 1 can of 1kg of peach slices, 1 envelope gelatin, 250gr cream cheese, 250 gr yogurt, 1 teaspoon greated lemon peel, 1 teaspoon vanilla, baked and cooled tart. Preparation: Drain the fruit, save 1 cup syrup, then put the
gelatin in the syrup to soften and heat it until the gelatin gets dissolved.
Blend cream cheese, yogurt, lemon peel and vanilla until smooth and
stir in gelatin and syrup. Pour into crust, cover it and put it in the
fridge for at least an hour. Arrange drained fruits over filling. You
can garnish with fresh fruits like cherries or raspberries.
Cheesecake with peaches
Ingredients: 4 slices cheesecake, 1 can of ½ kilo drained peach slices, ¼ cup ice cream toppong, sliced almonds Preparation: Place cheesecake on plates. Spoon
the ice-cream topping over cheesecake and then place the peach slices.
If you wish sprinkle with almonds. Put it on the fridge for 2 hours.
